We all come to yoga for different reasons. Anyone who has been to Gwen or Sadie's class knows that their love of yoga and life is infectious. Join them for this workshop to learn a bit about how they let yoga infuse their lives off the mat through a comprehensive introduction to the 8 limbs of yoga.
In this luxurious 2 hour and 30 minute workshop, participants can expect to learn about and discuss the ethical principles of yoga, practice invigorating breathing exercises, enjoy a physical asana practice, and experience deep relaxation through guided meditation.
This workshop will take place on Saturday, September 30 from 2:00 pm-4:30 pm, and is $25 for non-members and $12.50 for members.
