Join Sadie for her third annual Reflections and Intentions Workshop! As we look ahead to the coming year, give yourself this time to turn inwards. This workshop will begin with 15 minutes of journaling and meditation as a way to reflect on the year we're leaving behind. Then we'll bring our minds and bodies into the present moment with a 75 minute yoga (asana) practice. In this practice we'll focus on our movement and our breath, letting go of the past, remaining unconcerned about the future, simply moving, breathing and being. We'll close the practice with 15 minutes of journaling and meditation as a way to set intentions for the new year. Please be sure to bring a journal or paper, as well as a pen. Cost is $20 for anyone, $10 for members.
